Verify the Mobile Server URL on the Device
- If the Business Connect mobile application is already running on the mobile device, then close it.
- Open the Business Connect app, and go to Settings.

If you are using a single server, confirm that Server
Address is updated to the one you previously configured in the
AirWatch Console. If you are using multiple servers, do
the following:
- With the pre-configured URLs list, select the server URL from the menu then press Connect:
- Go to Settings and confirm that the Server Address is updated to the one that was previously selected. You can change the server by selecting another one from the list:
