Verify the Mobile Server URL on the Device

  1. If the Business Connect mobile application is already running on the mobile device, then close it.
  2. Open the Business Connect app, and go to Settings.Mobile app - server address
  3. If you are using a single server, confirm that Server Address is updated to the one you previously configured in the AirWatch Console. If you are using multiple servers, do the following:
    1. With the pre-configured URLs list, select the server URL from the menu then press Connect:Mobile app - multiple server addresses
    2. Go to Settings and confirm that the Server Address is updated to the one that was previously selected. You can change the server by selecting another one from the list: Mobile app - select another server address
