Use Modern Authentication / OAuth2 and Token Vault

Upload documents to Office 365/SharePoint online using multi factor authentication.

  1. Design a workflow with WebCapture component and the SharePoint Route component.
  2. Register an application for Token Vault in Microsoft Entra ID.
  3. Configure multi factor authentication in Microsoft Entra ID.
  4. Configure Token Vault.
  5. Configure the SharePoint Route component to use Token Vault.
  6. Let end users authorize the application.

After this procedure all documents submitted by users are saved into the cloud; and the workflow uses modern, multi factor authentication for enhanced security.
