File store is in pending state for a long time. |
- Output Manager system or file store is busy. Verify the logs in the Message
Console for additional information.
- In a high availability or distributed high availability environment, if the file
store has been shared, remove the share from the folder and allow the file store
to return to a Ready state. Share the file store again before you encrypt or
decrypt the file store.
- A recovery certificate might be expired on your computer. If you find an error
about an invalid recovery certificate in the Message Console, then contact
technical support.
