Configure the username and domain in the AirWatch Console

To configure the Username and domain in AirWatch to work with Business Connect, do the following:

  1. Configure the username and domain in AirWatch Accounts:
    1. On the AirWatch Console, select Accounts > List View and click Add to add a new user or select an account to edit the username or domain of an existing user.
    2. Type the username in the Email Username field and the domain in the Domain field.
    3. Click Save.
  2. Configure Business Connect:
    1. On the AirWatch Console, select Resources > Native, then select Business Connect.
    2. Click Assign.
    3. Select your Assignment.
    4. Select Application Configuration.
    5. Click Add.
    6. Under Configuration Value, type the username and domain.
    7. Click Save and then Publish.
      This feature is only supported on Business Connect iOS AirWatch.
  3. Configure the Business Connect Server Configuration Manager:
    1. On the Business Connect Server Configuration Manager, select the Support Service tab.
    2. In the User authentication settings group, complete the following fields:
      • For Authentication type, select LDAP.
      • Type the values for the Domain, Username, Password, and Root DN fields.
    3. Click OK.
    4. Click Stop and then Start to restart the Support Service.
  4. The Username and Domain is displayed on the Login screen of the Kofax Business Connect app automatically.
