Using the Printix Capture component

This example procedure describes the steps for capturing files for all users and saving them to a local folder using the Tungsten Printix Capture component.

  1. Create a workflow containing the Printix Capture component, the OP OCR process component, and the Send to Folder route component.
  2. In the General tab of the Printix Capture component configuration, set the Working folder for the files captured from the server, as well as the Processed Files folder and Rejected Files folder for the files captured from the cloud.
  3. Configure the other components in the Components tab of the Printix Capture component configuration.
  4. Run the process.

    The received files are captured and the resulting documents are routed to the specified folder.
