Forms
You can use the Validation, Verification, Scan, and Document review forms for a document type. You can use the same form for multiple document types.
Add forms to a document type
- Open the extraction group and select the document type for which to associate the form.
- On the properties panel, click the Forms tab.

Select the
Validation,
Verification,
Scan, and
Document review forms in their respective fields. For example, select a
validation form in the Validation field.
Alternatively, these fields are automatically updated when you generate or update a form with this document type. See Build a document form.
- Save or Release the extraction group.
