Set threshold for a backup server

TotalAgility displays the backup server details (if installed). If the primary server license fails to connect, the system automatically uses the backup server license. You cannot set threshold values for a backup server.

The backup license server in license statistics is not available in TotalAgility running in On-premise multi-tenant and Azure environments.

  1. Navigate to System > System settings > License servers and statistics > Backup server statistics.

    If the backup server is not already configured, a message appears that the backup license server is not configured. To configure a backup license server, see License servers.

    The Backup server statistics dialog box is displayed.

  2. By default, the Information tab displays the following backup server statistics:

    • Serial number: The serial number provided when you installed TotalAgility.

    • System licenses, Station licenses, and Volume licenses: Details, such as license name, available licenses, license expiration date, and more.

  3. To view the expired term licenses, click Show term expired licenses. (Default: Clear)

    The license name, start date, expiration date, available licenses, and maximum licenses details are displayed.

  4. Click Cancel to return to the System settings page.
