Clean up a process

You can remove any unnecessary items from your process such as a process that has been changed numerous times by different people.

  1. On the TotalAgility Designer Home page, navigate to Workflow > Business processes.
  2. Open the process for which to cleanup the items.
  3. On the File tab, click Process cleanup.

    The system searches the process for any of the following items that are defined but not used: variables, states, milestones, roles, process events, and data models.

  4. On the View unused items by type list, select a type of items such as Variables, or all items. The Unused items list is populated accordingly.
  5. Select the items to remove and click Remove.

    Once you save and release the process, the selected items are removed and the list is refreshed.
