Manage columns in queries
Manage the display of the columns at runtime by selecting columns and arranging them in a query.

Navigate to
Work queue queries or
System queries.
or
The list of queries appears.
- Create a new query or open the query in which to manage columns.

Click the
Columns tab.
By default, a few columns are selected.
- Select the check box for the column names that should appear at runtime. For example, select the Time pending column to appear at runtime to search for activities that are pending for a specific period. To display all columns at runtime, select the Show checkbox on the column header.
- You can configure the column. For example, for a Currency or Decimal column, you can define the currency code to use. Click the column. The Currency code list is displayed. Select the currency code and click OK.

Use
on the column header to reorder the columns.
At runtime, the columns are displayed in the specified order.
"Automated via rule" and "Time saved" columns are only available if you set "Completed by" as "Anyone" or "Assigned resource".

On the
Display as column list, select
Bar or
Circle for SLA (Activity and Job). (Default: Bar)
When you run the query, the circle or bar appears under the SLA (Activity, Job) column.

By default, the
Width column displays the default width for each column. To change the width
of a column, do the following:

Select the column name for which to change the width and click
.
Alternatively, double-click the column name to edit.
- For Width, increase or decrease the value.
- Click OK.
The columns displayed and their width configured within the query are applied at runtime. However, you can also specify the width of the columns at runtime when you edit a query within the control. -
