Integrate TotalAgility with RPA
RPA (Robotic Process Automation) is a platform for application integration and process automation. Integrate TotalAgility with RPA to execute an RPA robot from within a process or form.

Navigate to

The RPA page appears.

Click
New.
The New RPA configuration dialog box is displayed.

Enter an
ID for the RPA server.
The system identifies the RPA server with this ID.
You cannot edit the ID once the configuration is saved.
- In the Display name field, enter the RPA Server name. This helps you identify the server's name in the list.

Enter a
Management Console URL for the RPA Server.

RPA is installed independently from TotalAgility. Install RPA on the same machine or a separate machine.

If the "Allow all" system setting is not enabled, you can only enter the Management Console URL that is whitelisted, otherwise, a message appears stating the connection is denied because the URL connection string is not whitelisted. See Whitelist a web service URL or a database connection string

In the
Management Console
security group, to log in, select one of the following options for
Authentication:
The Management Console Security is a web-based interface that provides point-and-click monitoring and management of the RPA platform servers.
Basic (Default)
Provide the username and password of specific RPA user credentials.
Basic (external)
Enter the secret name for the username and password stored in the configured external storage.
OAuth 2.0
Select the OAuth 2.0 server to get authorizations to interact with various Restful web services.
The OAuth server authentication with RPA is not supported when the data models are used in an RPA activity within TotalAgility Designer and Quick RPA. -
To confirm the connection to the RPA server, click
Test connection.
The Management Console credentials are validated.
