Configure a Resource info activity
When configuring a Resource info activity, specify a process or server variable (or case variable for a case map) to hold a resource identifier, and then map resource attributes to the process (or case variable for a case map) or server variables to retrieve resource attributes at runtime.

Add an activity to the map.
By default, the Configuration tab is open in the properties panel of the activity.
- Change the default Name of the activity to something meaningful.
- On the Type list, select .

To obtain the resource or role information using an identifier, do one of the following for
Identifier type:

Select Internal ID and select the variable containing the resource ID in the Resource identifier field.

Select the Email address and select the variable containing the email address in the Resource identifier field.

Select Username and select the variable containing the username in the Resource identifier field. Additionally, for role information, select the variable containing the process ID of the role in the Process ID field.
When you use the Resource info activity to get the supervisor of a resource, and the supervisor is a group, the supervisor group ID is returned.

- To map a variable to a resource attribute, select the variable on the Value list of the attribute.
- Save the process map.
