Work queue query filter fields

You can enable dynamic filtering so that you can further filter the results returned by the work queue query at runtime, even if you do not have permissions to edit the work queue query. For example, the work queue query returns the list of activities, but then lets you filter on the activity name. The Filter fields such as SLA (Activity), Activity name, and Process are selected by default.

  1. Navigate to Queries > Work queue queries.
  2. The list of queries appears.

Open the query for which you want to apply the filtering.

  3. Click the Filter fields tab.

The New workqueue query dialog box is displayed.

  4. Select the check box for the Field name (Priority, Assigned to, Job ID, SLA (Job), Case reference, State, Due date, and Work type fields) that should appear at runtime. To display all columns at runtime, select the Show checkbox on the column header.

By default, none of the columns are selected.

  5. Use on the column header to reorder the columns.

At runtime, the columns are displayed in the specified order.

  6. Click Save.
