View business rule associations
You can view the list of business processes, forms, form templates, server variables, resources, extraction and classification groups, folder types, field formatters, separation profiles, Scan/VRS profiles, PDF profiles, document conversion profiles, integrations, and quick workflows associated with a business rule.
- Navigate to the business rules list page.

Open the business rule for which to view the associations.
The business rule opens in the Design view, in a new browser tab.

On the modeling bar, click the
File tab and click
Associations.
By default, the processes being used by this business rule, and the processes using this business rule, if any are displayed. You can view the business rule associations for the following:

Processes: Processes being used by this business rule, and the processes using this business rule if any. This includes Quick workflows also. Any business rule being used in Quick Workflow is listed in the Associations list of the business rule.
You can click a process name link to open the process in a new browser tab and make changes, as needed.

Forms: Forms being used by this business rule if any.
You can click a form name link to open the form in a new browser tab and make changes, as needed.

Form templates: Form templates being used by this business rule if any.
You can click a form template name link to open the form in a new browser tab and make changes, as needed.

Server variables: Server variables being used by this business rule if any. If a server variable is associated with an activity, the name of the activity is also displayed along with the server's name.

Resources: Resources (individuals and groups) being used by this business rule if any. If a resource is associated with an activity, the activity name is also displayed.

Capture: Classification groups, extraction groups used as document type validation and field validation, folder types used as folder type validation and field validation, field formatters, separation profiles, Scan/VRS profiles, PDF profiles and document conversion profiles being used by this business rule, if any.
If a classification group is associated with an activity, the activity name is also displayed. However, if the "Inherit from process" is selected for the activity, the classification group is only displayed at the process level and not displayed specific to the activity.
The document types and folder types that are being used by the business rule are displayed.
The Separation profiles, Scan/VRS profiles, PDF profiles, and Document conversion profiles that are being used by the business rule are displayed along with the activity name or current process name if used at the process level.
You can click the extraction group or folder type link to open a new window and make changes, as needed.

Integrations: Integrations, such as SharePoint, CMIS, RESTful Open API web service references, and more being used by this business rule, if any. Integration associations also list the custom service groups that are in use displaying group name as the Name and custom service group as the Type.

To view the associations of a specific type, on the
View associations by type list, select the type of association, such as Form
templates. (Default: Process)
The form templates associated with the current business rule if any are displayed.
