Manage roles

You can modify and delete roles.

Open and modify roles

  1. Navigate to Workflow > Business processes.

    A list of all the processes appears.

  2. Select the process for which you want to update the role.
    The process map opens in a new window.
  3. Click the Roles tab on the process modeling bar.
    A list of roles associated with the process is displayed.
  4. Click the role you want to update.
    The Edit role dialog box is displayed.
  5. Make the required changes and click Update.

Delete roles

  1. Navigate to Workflow > Business processes.

    A list of all the processes appears.

  2. Select the process for which you want to delete roles.
    The process map opens in a new window.
  3. Click the Roles tab on the process modeling bar.
    A list of roles associated with the process is displayed.
  4. On the context menu for the role to delete, click Delete.
  5. Click Yes to confirm the deletion.
