Reuse resources

You can reuse a resource that has performed an action, such as creating a job, or activity within the current process.

1. In the Activity properties panel, click the Resource assignment tab.
2. Select Same as previous for Type.
3. Select either option for Reuse resource.

   Option	Description
   Previous resource	Assigns a resource that performed the previous activity in the current instance of the business process.
   Job creator	Assigns a resource that created the current instance of the business process.
   Job creator's supervisor	Assigns the supervisor of a resource that created the current instance of the business process. If the resource does not have a supervisor, it is assigned to the resource itself. If you assign an activity to the Job creator's supervisor, and that supervisor is a group, the activity is assigned to the group.
   Job owner	Assigns a resource that is the owner of the current instance of the business process.
   Specific activity	Assign a resource that performed a specific activity in the current instance of the business process: On the Activity list, select the activity whose resource you want to assign to the current activity. Select either option for the Resource type: User: Assigns the resource who performed the activity. Supervisor: Assigns the supervisor of the resource who performed the activity.

4. Click Save.
