Job query filter fields

You can enable dynamic filtering so that you can further filter the results returned by the job query at runtime, even if you do not have permissions to edit the job query. For example, the job query returns the list of activities, but then lets you filter on the activity name. The filter fields such as Process, Creator, and SLA (job) are selected by default.

  1. Navigate to Queries > Job queries.
  2. The list of job queries appear.

Open the query for which you want to apply the filtering.

  3. Click the Filter fields tab.

The New job query dialog box is displayed.

  4. Select the check box for the Field name (such as Priority, Owner, Score, Job ID, and more) that should appear at runtime. To display all columns at runtime, select the Show checkbox on the column header.
  5. Use on the column header to reorder the columns.

At runtime, the columns are displayed in the specified order.

  6. Click Save.
