Raise event action

See Configure TotalAgility actions resulting from Microsoft Exchange events.

Configure a TotalAgility Raise event action for the NewMail event occurring in the Microsoft Exchange. For example, configure a Raise event action to trigger:

When an email arrives in your inbox.
When the subject of an email matches the predefined regular expression format.

Specify a regular expression when you Link TotalAgility with Microsoft Exchange.

Navigate to Integration > Exchange.

The Exchange page appears.
From the list of sites, click the Exchange site for which to configure the events.

The Edit Exchange site configuration dialog box is displayed.
Click  for Events.

The New Exchange event configuration dialog box is displayed.
On the Folder list, select the folder for which to configure the action. (Default: Inbox).
On the Event list, select the event for which to configure the TotalAgility action. (Default: NewMail)
On the Action list, select Raise event.
To raise an event at runtime, select a dynamic value or click  and enter an inline value for Job ID, Event and Source.
Click Save.

The configured event appears under Events in the Edit Exchange site configuration dialog box. You can edit or delete the event.
Click Save.
When a folder is created in the Exchange system, an event is raised against a job.
