Document conversion file extraction use cases

This topic describes different use cases while converting an email to TIFF or PDF using the options Body with message header, Convert to, and File extraction. You can use these use cases to overcome the following issues that occur while converting an email to TIFF or PDF:

Always the body of the attached emails is imported with header information.
The attachments in the nested e-mails are ignored.

5	Include message header of email	None	Email (MSG, EML) not selected	The main email body is converted to EML without attachments and nested email body is converted to EML/MSG with attachments.
6	Include message header of email	TIFF or PDF	Email (MSG, EML) not selected	Both the main email body and first level of nested email body are converted to TIFF/PDF with header information.
