Solution access default settings
Use Solution access default settings to assign a default set of permissions to users and/or groups for modifying or creating any Quick Workflow, Quick RPA, and Quick Capture solution.

The Solution access default settings dialog box is displayed.
- Configure the following:
- To restrict the users from modifying the access permissions in the solution, clear the Allow access permissions to be updated check box. (Default: Selected)
- Click Save.
Who can modify this solution
You can control who can modify your solution. For example, if you do not want to expose your solution or do not want anyone to change it, you can provide access to specific individuals and/or groups. If the group that you need is not available, you can create a new group. By default, the Everyone group can modify a solution with "Full control."
To provide access to existing individuals and/or groups, perform the following steps:
- For Who can modify this solution, click .
- On the Name list, select the individual or group.

Type list, select the access type required.
Full control
Users with this access type can create and modify the solution, and can restrict the access permissions.
Read write
Users with this access type can create and modify the solution, but not change access permissions.
Read
Users with this access type can only view the solution but not create or modify it.
- Click Add.

Add more individuals and groups as needed.
To edit the access, select the individual or group, click , make changes as needed and click OK.
To delete the access, select the individual or group, click and click Yes.
Who can use this solution
You can control who can use the solution at runtime, for example, if you create a solution for a specific group or do not want others to use it. By default, the Everyone group can use a solution.

- Click Done.
