Manage skin versions

You can open a skin version in a read-only mode. For each version you can view the resource that modified it, the last modified date, and comments (if any). You can also revert to a previous version if it is not the latest version, and delete a version.

View a version

  1. Navigate to Workflow > Skins.
  2. On the context menu of the skin to view versions, click Versions. Alternatively, on the File tab, click Version history.

    The list of skin versions is displayed.

  3. On the list of skin versions, click the version to view. The selected skin version opens in a read-only mode.

Revert to a version

  1. Make sure that the skin is not open.
  2. Navigate to Workflow > Skins.
  3. On the context menu of the skin to open the versions list for, click Versions.
    The list of versions is displayed in the dialog box.
  4. On the context menu of the version of the skin to revert, click Revert.
  5. On confirmation, the skin version is reverted to the selected version.
  6. Release the skin.
    A new version of the skin is created. The Versions list is updated to include the new version.

Delete a version

  1. Navigate to Workflow > Skins.
  2. On the context menu of the skin to open the versions list for, click Versions.
  3. On the context menu of the version of the skin to delete, click Delete.
    The selected version and all previous versions are deleted. For example, if you delete version 3, versions 1 and 2 are also deleted.
