Work with separation profiles
You can modify, copy, and delete a separation profile.

Navigate to

The list of separation profiles appears.

To modify a separation profile, do the following:

Click the separation profile to modify.
The Edit separation profile dialog box is displayed.
- Make the changes as needed.
- Save the separation profile.

Click the separation profile to modify.

To create a copy of the separation profile:

On the context menu of the separation profile to copy, click
Copy.
The New separation profile dialog box displays the copy of the separation profile with the name, CopyOf_<profile name>.
- Make changes as needed, such as renaming the separation profile.
- Save the separation profile.

On the context menu of the separation profile to copy, click
Copy.

To delete a separation profile, on the context menu of the separation profile to delete, click
Delete.
On confirmation, the separation profile is deleted.
You cannot delete a separation profile if it is already in use.
View separation profile associations
You can view the list of business processes that are using the current separation profile.

Navigate to

The list of separation profiles is displayed.

Click the separation profile for which to view the associations.
The Edit separation profile dialog box is displayed.

Click the
Associations tab.
The process names (as hyperlinks) along with the latest process version that is using the current separation profile are displayed. You can click the process name link to open the process in a new browser tab and make changes as needed.
If the current version of a process is not associated with the separation profile, but an earlier version was associated, then the associated process name and the version number are still displayed on the Associations tab.
If the separation profile is open and you have used the current separation profile in another process, or renamed the already associated process, click Refresh to display the newly associated, updated, or renamed processes.
