Configure a SharePoint create site activity
Use the following procedure to configure a SharePoint create site activity.

Add an activity to the map.
By default, the Configuration tab is open in the properties panel of the activity.
- Change the default Name of the activity to something meaningful.
- On the Type list, select .

Configure the following properties.
Location SharePoint site The location for the new SharePoint site.
New site properties Site name The name of the new SharePoint site. The name can be a dynamic variable (process or server) or a static value.
Title The title for the SharePoint site. The title can be a dynamic variable (process or server) or a static value.
Description The description for the site. The description can be a dynamic variable (process or server) or a static value.
Templates The template to define the look and feel of the new SharePoint site.
The default SharePoint templates, and custom templates are available for selection.
Parent site navigation If selected, displays the navigation tabs for accessing parent site pages from the new site. If clear, only the new site page is displayed.
Use site if already exists If selected, uses the existing site if one with the same name already exists in the same location. If clear, creates a new site.
At runtime, the system completes the job created on this activity using the existing site.
If clear and you try to use a site with the same name, the job fails.Result Site ID The variable that holds the ID of the newly created site. This site ID automatically retrieves the site identifier from SharePoint when the activity is completed. You can use the information from the variable to identify and select the site you need.
If TotalAgility finds insufficient privileges or incorrect parameter values, the activity is not created, and the job is suspended. Error details appear in the event log. - Click Save.
