Upgrade failed due to unconfigured components

Upgrade.exe may fail because some of KCM components are not fully configured.

To resolve this issue, follow these steps:

  1. Remove all unconfigured components.

  2. Run Upgrade.exe again.

  3. Add the removed unconfigured components after the upgrade if necessary.

If you attempted an installation and it failed, but did not roll back to the previous version automatically, you need to:

  1. Reactivate the previous KCM version.

  2. Uninstall the partial installation of the new KCM version.

  3. Retry the steps described above.
