How to investigate Printix Go screen layout issues

  1. Open the Sign in with ID code dialog box.
  2. Select the C (clear) key 4 times consecutively.

    This will present information about the screen resolution and web browser.

    Selecting the C key 4 times in the Sign in with PIN code dialog box will also present the information.

  3. Take a photo of the screen and attach it to your support request.
  4. Select the presented information to make it disappear.
