Document is empty
Some print drivers can make print jobs that contain 0 bytes. If you look in the Windows PrintService event logs, you will also see a message that displays that the print job contains 0 bytes.
On the computer in question:
- Remove the print queue that uses the print driver.
- Remove the print driver and driver packages.
- Restart the Print Spooler.
- Add the print queue again and try to print.
