How to get Printix App logs

This is relevant if you have been advised to get the logs and submit these to support with one of these methods:

Upload logs to the cloud

  1. Open the Printix App.

    You must be signed in to the Printix App to upload logs.

  2. Select Menu  > Diagnostics .
  3. Select Upload logs to the cloud.
  4. Enter your Support request number.
    Example: 1234

    If the support request number does not exist, the logs are not uploaded.

  5. Select Send.

Email logs

  1. Open the Printix App.
  2. Select Menu  > Diagnostics .
  3. Select Email logs.
  4. In the email application, enter the email address supplied by your support representative handling your submitted support request.
    • If you enter your own email address, you can subsequently save and then attach the logs to your existing support request.

  5. Select Send.
