How to open the printer’s web page

Printers that have a direct network connection often include a built-in web server that lets you manage the printer from any browser on the network.

  1. Open a web browser and enter the printer's IP address (Example: 192.168.1.10) or hostname in the address bar.
  2. After the printer's web page has loaded, you typically need to locate and select Sign in or Login and then enter the printer's administrator user name and password.
