The Printix Client installer files automate the creation of print queues and the installation of print drivers. Select the appropriate installer file for Windows or Mac computers and x64 or Arm64 architectures. The MSI files and arguments are relevant if you want to deploy Printix Client with Microsoft Endpoint Manager.

• Generate Kiosk ID

  Making the Printix Client run as kiosk on a Windows computer is relevant if multiple users need to operate and print from the computer without being signed in with a personal account.

• Show MSI Arguments

  Select the relevant MSI argument to copy it to the clipboard.

  • Sign in after installation

    Sign-in occurs right after the Printix Client is installed. This is the default behavior.

  • Sign in postponed until restart

    Deploy the Printix Client without starting the user interface (PrintixClient.exe). This method can be used to install Printix Client as part of an automated process (such as Windows Autopilot) that completely configures a new computer before it is delivered to the user. This way, sign-in is postponed until the user starts to use the computer. Only the Printix Service (PrintixService.exe) is started. The computer with Printix Client is only registered and listed in Printix Administrator after a user has signed in.

Use these files to enable printing to a print queue on a Windows computer, enable hybrid cloud printing, and enable USB printing. Select the appropriate installer file for x64 or Arm64 architectures.

  This option is only visible if Printix Home is configured for Power PDF.

  Use this for the installation of Power PDF for Windows.

  Print to Printix-managed printers from Chromebooks and computers with Google Chrome.

  Use this to install the required Printix Go components on a Canon printer.

  Use this to manually install Printix Go Print on a Lexmark printer.

• Lexmark Capture (FLS)

  Use this to manually install Printix Go Capture on a Lexmark printer.

  Use this to install Printix Go on a Ricoh printer without using the Printix Client.

  The clientless Printix Go Ricoh has limited functions compared to the typical installation.
