How to subscribe to announcements

Sign in to Product Support (support.printix.net).
Select Changelog and then Announcements.
Select Follow to be notified/alerted by email when a new announcement is published.
- If we have scheduled maintenance or issues with access to the Printix Cloud, this will be announced here.
- To be notified whenever an announcement is updated, for example, that it is resolved, open the specific announcement and select Follow.
