How to access your data

At Tungsten Automation, we are committed to giving you clear, practical access to data you generate and manage with our service. This topic describes which Printix data is available and how you can export it.

Data associated with your Printix Home is readily available at any time, including configuration data related to capture workflows, printers, Printix Go, users, sites, computers, networks, and more. You can use the Printix Configurator to access and export the configuration data associated with your Printix Home. For details, see Export data with Printix Configurator.
