System observer

As a system observer, you have the same access as system managers but are restricted to making changes that are available to regular users.

  • You can print and capture.

  • You can sign in to:

    • Printix Administrator

    • Printix Client

    • Printix App

    • Printix Go

  • You can view:

    • Sites

    • Networks

    • Printers

    • Print queues

    • Users

    • Computers

    • Groups

    • History

    • Authentication details

    • Subscription details

    • Settings

  • You can download software but cannot use it to make changes.
